Curator Talk: Danielle Smotherman Bennett on Etruscan Art

Danielle Smotherman Bennett, Curatorial Associate at the Menil Collection, will discuss art from the ancient Etruscans, a group of people living in central Italy that are later absorbed by the Romans. The talk will highlight recent research on the objects in the collection, particularly focusing on three objects on view that date between the 7th and 5th centuries BCE.
