Member Noontime Talk: Natural History: Early-Printed Books in the Menil Collection Library

Join Lauren Gottlieb-Miller, Director of the Library and Archives, for a talk on the Library’s important collection of natural history books printed during the Hand Press era, 1450-1800.

Members can enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of the library’s 2,000 volume Special Collections and learn about significant works collected by John and Dominique de Menil for early exhibitions in the Menil Foundation’s history.

Held twice a month on Fridays for a small group, Member Noontime Talks make exhibitions more intimate and reveal the collection as never before. To sign up, please RSVP to membership@menil.org. If you are not currently a Menil Member, you can learn more and join here.
