Curator Talk: Edouard Kopp on Robert Motherwell

The Menil Drawing Institute’s Chief Curator Edouard Kopp speaks about the wide range of motifs, techniques, and styles employed by Robert Motherwell (1915–1991) in his remarkable body of drawings.

The program is presented in conjunction with the Menil’s exhibition Robert Motherwell Drawing: As Fast as the Mind Itself.

About the series:

Curator Talks take place on select Sundays at 3 p.m. Menil curators speak on a single work of art or small group of works currently on display in the museum. These informal, 30-minute-long discussions offer the opportunity to learn more about and engage with artworks in intimate gallery settings.
