Prior experience in conservation studios is requirement of art conservation graduate programs. The Menil Drawing Institute serves as a training ground to prepare future paper conservators. For this talk, Paper Conservator Jan Burandt and two of her aspiring conservators will explain how to examine a drawing and document its condition.
