Join Manager of Facilities Steve McConathy for a tour of the Renzo Piano designed Menil Collection main building. Opened in 1987, the building was designed to seem “small on the outside but large inside,” with 30,000 square feet of gallery space illuminated by natural light filtered through the ingenious system of ferrocement leaves.
