Member Noontime Talk: Introduction to Painting Conservation

The Conservation Department at the Menil Collection is charged with maintaining, preserving, and researching the Museum’s collection, including condition assessments, museum-wide environmental monitoring, exhibition related activities, and conservation treatments related to the care and preservation of artwork. In this Member Noontime Talk, Assistant Paintings Conservator, Katrina Rush, will tour members through the Menil Collection Paintings Conservation studio, while highlighting current projects and activities.

This tour is limited to 15 participants and RSVPs are required. Please RSVP to membership@menil.org.

Held every Friday for a small group, Member Noontime Talks make exhibitions more intimate and reveal the collection as never before. To sign up, please RSVP to membership@menil.org. If you are not currently a Menil Member, you can learn more and join here.
